Reporting Wss list sync failed:
After customize the Risks and Issues list under Project Site in Project Online, we receive ReportingWssSyncListFailed error while creating new project.

Reason:
Project Online was trying to import data from a Project site into the Reporting Database. Unfortunately, when it gets to List 1100, it didn’t find the “Assigned To” field, so it ignores it and raise error.

Solution:
Solution 1: Don’t remove any of the default columns from Risks and Issues list.
Solution 2: If you already removed the default column and getting this error.
Step 1: Remove both Issues and Risks list
Step 2: Deactivate “Project Web App Connectivity” feature.
Step 3: Activate “Project Web App Connectivity feature” feature it will create risks and Issues List.
Step 4: Assign the custom content type for this lists – Risks and Issues. (Don’t remove any of the default column.)
Step 5: Make the custom content type is default for both risks and Issues lists.
Conclusion
Don’t delete any of the default fields in these lists Risks and Issues, Best to create content type and assign the content type for this lists or rename the default columns as per your requirement.
